Please Note: Our shipping timeframes should be used as guidelines only.
Products will be shipped within 48 hours when ordered Monday-Friday. These timeframes cannot be applied to weekends. Orders cannot be posted on public holidays.
We ship all of our parcels via Australia Post Express Shipping, which can be expected the next business day in the express post delivery network (metro areas). We offer this option at a $10 flat rate.
Domestic orders will receive free express shipping over $150.
Introducing international shipping! We now ship to the continental United States and Canada.
We ship all parcels bound for the USA and Canada using Australia post. Standard shipping can be expected in 6+ business days. This option is a flat rate of $28. Express shipping can be expected in 4+ business days. This option is a flat rate of $48.

We cannot accept responsibility for missing items once shipped. Every order is given a tracking number. If your package if missing, please contact the post provider on your tracking email.
Returns and Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are not a big enough business to grant returns or exchanges based on sizing, colour or change of mind.
If the product is not as described, or with major faults or damages, evidence must be sent through to email@example.com. You will be granted a full refund or exchange if the return meets these requirements. Please note that most of our items are vintage, dead-stock, second hand or one-of-a-kinds, and can therefore have minor flaws. We do our best to list these in the description of each item. Please note that vintage clothing tends to run smaller than modern sizing.
